Holiday Happenings in Salisbury Maryland

Take the whole family to downtown Main street in Berlin Maryland on November 25. Par Take in the excitement from 5pm to 9pm with all the costumed characters. and excitement to take part in. The annual lighting of the tree will be held at the Atlantic Hotel. Stroll through the streets till 9pm and enjoy the musicians and artists. With the shops staying open till 8pm you are sure to get some shopping items for under the tree.

The very next day make your way over to the Salisbury City Park to have fun. From 5pm to 6pm the Salisbury Winter Wonderland will welcome the your family. Celebrate with the performers such as Feet of Fire and the Wi Middle’s Step Team. Food from multiple vendors will be selling quick eats like hot chocolate and coffee. The night will conclude with a special visit from Santa, so don’t forget to grab your camera.

After the tree is lit and your spirits are up keep the holiday excitement going on December 4th at the Christmas parade. At 2pm the parade will start at Civic Avenue and continue till East Main Street. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the beginning of the parade.There are more then 100 local businesses, dignitaries, fire trucks and Santa himself anxiously waiting for this event.
